My hobby with cameras started a long time ago when I was a child, originally with video. I liked the idea that I could capture the world as it was in a historical sense, or that I could craft and tell new stories using it.

As time grew on I would never really formally describe it as a hobby although I suppose that's what it was. I still take videos from time to time but I mainly focus on photographs now.

I occasionally take one or more photos that I want to share with friends and family, but have difficulty sharing it. I've experimented with different ways of sharing these photos with people but what's missing is the underlying story.

This is my attempt at being able to share a few select photos at a time and be able to tell a story!

Lastly, these are my cats. Max is the black and white one and Duchess is the one who looks like a perfectly toasted marshmallow.
