Patterns in nature

Nature seems to have a way with repeating patterns, how the trees look like pine cones, how it seems to have frost on the tips but is actually just the coloring of the trees. Once you start looking, you'll start to see patterns everywhere in this world.

Some other things you see, like clouds wisping from the forest are repeated in time, no matter the place. These pictures were taken two years and two thousand miles apart.
